The difference between a screenshot-worthy Itty Bitty Airport and a functional one is layout logic — taxi spines that reach the last placed jetway, terminals sized for capacity milestones, and upgrade paths that don’t require demolishing everything at 80 tiles. These proven templates respect BETA pathfinding from Taco Dev.
Layout principles (all stages)
- Runway → taxiway → jetway build order — runways and taxiways
- Indoor tiles hit next capacity milestone before runway overspend
- Last jetway placed = active traffic target — taxiway guide

Template 1: Starter strip (0–40 capacity)
